Stop the improper use of Government Aid.

For far too long the Government Aid recipients have abused the system. Since there's no testing required, many use the funds to purchase drugs, sex, and even pay for cell phones. Children are denied of basic needs. Food, clothing, housing, and health care are denied to them as drugs, sex, and other services takes priority over children. These children are been raised in drug infested environments with no chance for a decent future. Also domestic violence and crime is often the result of the government sponsored dysfunctional families. Immigrants are also taking advantage of the system by having many out of wedlock children in order to collect aid. I petition that my government set stronger requirements for recipients of government aid.
