Stop increase on interest rates for Subsidized Loans for students.

The cost to attend college is expensive and students already graduate with large amounts of debt. Students and their families need help to further their education because the cost to attend college is rising every year. Nobody should be denied the opportunity to try to further themselves in life if they are willing to work for it. Students and their families use loans from the government and other sources to help pay for school. If rates rise then some may have a harder time paying for it later. It also seems like we need a change to the current system.
