Stop increasing pay of Congress when they haven't done their jobs!

The President has just signed an executive order allowing for the increase in pay for congress and federal workers. At a time when the government 1 doesn't have enough money to spend as it is and 2 Congress hasn't done anything to deserve a raise, there is no reason that any of these individuals should be receiving a raise. Heck i honestly believe public offices should be volunteer based opportunities a service to your country not a job to go out and seek because it pays more then 75% of most Americans paychecks. They should be paid minimum wage and have obamacare as their health care plan. Then I'd like to see how quickly Congress gets weeded out of people who are just trying to make money by being in congress vs those who actually want to help steer the country in the right direction.
