It shouldn't need a description.
Police brutality is sweeping across the nation. From pepper-spraying peaceful protesters at an Occupy Wall Street event to recently shooting a 14-year-old boy to death, police are flexing their muscles across the nation against our own citizens.
Police are supposed to provide a safe environment for us all; however, stopping our free speech rights and terrorizing us through their brutality is actually creating a more unsafe environment. We are told that the police are here to protect us, but how is this possible when they're actually harming us?
A brutalizing police force is the problem, not someone going down the sidewalk calling for equality.
It's time to have the police force actually protect and serve our people, not harm them.
