This petition herein declares the retraction of HR 3018, where taxes upon firearms and ammunition will be raised to absurd amounts to and possibly above 50%.
This petition also includes the retraction of the requirement of a US Citizen required to have a permit in order to Open Carry a firearm such as a Handgun.
