It is so ridiculous that an employee can spend their whole weekend off DRUNK without the risk of losing their job, but if you smoke one joint on your weekend off, you can be fired for it. Since when do employers OWN your time off?? You could have smoked weeks ago, and not be under the influence of anything and STILL be fired, These employers (some of them) stay drunk all of the time and do not consider alcohol a drug, yet it has killed FAR MORE people than marijuana...the hypocrisy is stifling. Drug testing in the work place ONLY yields marijuana smokers, since meth, coke, and all of the truly dangerous drugs do not stay in your system for long. Yet, the smoker of the marijuana has not smoked it for a week, PLEASE tell me how this is fair or makes any sense at all!?
