Stop the Insanity and reduce all federal salaries to no more than $200,000 per year with no COLA.

For too long Federal pay has grown to massive amounts.
Social Security and Medicare is targeted for reductions to balance the budget.But you never hear of Federal employees taking a pay cut.I think it is time to align Government pay and make it a little more realistic.
