stop insisting that marijuana is an addiction. I am a scoliosis patient, and it has stopped suffering and given me hope.

I don't ask for drug reform, or legalization. Just a simple step forward in peaceful thinking. I am an Eagle Scout of the Boy Scouts of America, so my word may have some value. Personally, after having scoliosis surgery seven years ago, there was no words to describe the constant agony and pain that my existence was now tied to. I began a downward spiral of depression. I felt the addictive properties of painkillers my physician was giving me, and I quit them. A close friend of mine introduced me to marijuana a few years ago, and it completely turned my life around. I got back into school, got a job, and looking forward to the future.
All I ask of the Obama administration is to just stop calling me a drug addict. To stop saying marijuana is an addictive substance that ruins lives.
