Stop the insurance companies from accessing U.S citizen’s credit reports

Stop the insurance companies from accessing U.S citizen’s credit reports and using the report for the purpose of determining the rate the customer will pay. Due to the high rate of false reports and the growing problem of identity theft and the difficulties in getting this corrected, there is already some states that do not allow this and it is unfair to others so we the people would like to see this made a federal law prohibiting all insurance companies from accessing U.S citizen’s credit reports.
