When my mother broke her arm at my grandmother's house picking up things she had taken out her insurance forced her to sue her own mother. In instance where injury occurs at no fault of the home owner they should not be held responsible and find their home owners insurance increase. I have insurance coverages to protect myself from injury, not to sue my friends and family when I'm a klutz.
