STOP Insurance companies from raising premiums after accidents.

Created by E.B. on March 30, 2014

Everyone by law is required to have a motorist liability insurance. Every day, and every year some drive safely and abide transportation rules and regulations. However, no one is exempt from any traffic accident.

Insurance companies give one a quote, and premiums will go up if one has a minor scratch and reports that to the insurance company regardless of who is at fault.

In 5 years, one can drive without any incident, and one day a minor accident happens, and insurance companies pay for the dent or scratch, but will eventually raise their premiums just for that one single incident.

Please stop insurance companies from doing this and help all american drivers to be able to afford vehicle insurance by not allowing insurance companies to raise their premiums.
