Dear President,
We, as an American people, are now coming before you to act as a representative for the true American will. Elected officials have too long thought that they knew what was best for the country, all the while, ignoring what WE think is best.
We are in no way, shape, or form in support of ANY military action in Syria, including surveillance, drone strikes, or "boots on the ground". We are still reeling from 2 ten year wars. Our Veterans (including myself), havent been properly cared for after the last conflict, so starting another seems inconceivable. Why would we even consider helping the Assad regime fight a local terror, that we helped equip?
Please Mr. President, use common sense. Assist Iraq where needed and allow ISIS to run its coarse on Syrian territory.
