Federal interference with state laws is discrediting the voice of the people who live within that particular state. The following are examples of too much government control:
1) The legalization of marijuana would create jobs; make illegal dealers obsolete, cutting down on gang related violence; create more state revenue with taxation as is on cigarettes and alcohol; and free up the courts to deal with serious crime.
2) Banning guns, ammunition, and accessories will only create more unemployment; do nothing to stop criminals from killing; infringe upon American citizens' 2nd Amendment unalienable rights; and ultimately may lead to states withdrawing from the union, or even another civil war.
3) Defining marriage as between one man and one woman is unconstitutional and religiously motivated
