We should not need "climate agreements" to fix crimes against humanity. This is the difference between abity to plan for your family's future in the USA or fleeing the USA to start over thousands of miles away in foreign land. International Crimes occur because the US tolerates them with excuses, delays and secret plans that only give criminals MORE authority to be criminals and cause more damage.
Solution: when evidence is indisputable, punish the criminals, set an example and enforce the laws of the land. Singapore wouldnt have a secret plan to prevent gum in the streets.....and guess what, they have clean streets. Why is America waisting money talking around laws that already exists?
