In light of the myriad of recent events, including but not limited to the most recent, the execution of Troy Davis in the state of Georgia. I felt compelled to call upon our elected officials, most specific the President of the United states of America. To use the authority and influence granted to the office by the people of the United States of America, to impose upon elected official's an act of contrition when found guilty of wrongful use of power, gross error, or deliberate misconduct. This to be determined by the the voters who gave such official the authority they have error-ed in. Such contrition can be no less than probationary period with oversight from the immediate higher authority, and no greater than five years in federal penitentiary.
