Stop the invasion of privacy from urinalysis, that companies require as a pre-employement test.

Created by Z.D. on March 28, 2013

Drug-Testing is an INVASION OF PRIVACY as a pre-employment test. It is nobody's business what goes or has gone into our body on our free time before-hand, and shouldn't effect my chances of getting the job in the first place. Asking for OUR urine to test for controlled substances is disgusting. Any form of test other than an interview and a possible aptitude test is just unlawful and is an invasion of my privacy.
Companies may Drug Test workers during their time of employment but should not be able to so easily invade my privacy without me even having the job to begin with.
