stop IRS evicting unemployed citizen to tax due for past year until they found job. IRS evict unemployed citizen.

Unemployed citizen can not find job to pay taxes for since 2004. There were on and off temporary job to live on. We can not pay taxes without income.

IRS is taking away Social security and the roof over our head.
