Protect Canadian citizens born in the US or born to US citizens living in Canada from IRS penalties on unreported income and taxes that have been reported and paid in Canada.
These Canadian citizens who did not renounce US citizenship are being threatened by the IRS. Until recently, they were never informed that they were required to report income earned and taxed in Canada when no income was earned and no property owned in the US.
