It appears that the I.R.S. is singleling out parents that are claiming their children who have different last names as a method for holding back income tax returns of people with earned income credit. Another predudicial practice. Take note of all actions if you or someone you know is being affected because this is a violation of our constitutional rights. Let our government properly represent us by informing them of unfair practices.
