Stop issuing payments to the members of the Senate and House of Representatives until they produce results.

The failure of the members of congress to govern is an abomination. In the private sector, such failure would lead to termination of employment and accompanying pay. SInce the only way to fire the members of congress lies in the election process, they deserve to have their funding cut just as the unemployed person in the private sector. This cut should include all congressional staff as well.
Clearly the members of congress have no incentiive to govern. They are paid regardless of performance and have perks that make their "jobs" more like the Life of Riley". Let them experience the realities of the economy instead of living in the hallowed halls of nirvana.
