Stop John Boehner from spending more taxpayer money to defend DOMA.

John Boehner is spending taxpayer money for an outside law firm to defend DOMA. He has secretly raised the budget to $3 million dollars last week
DOMA has been found to be unconstitutional by state and federal courts plus the DOJ and the President refuse to defend this hurtful law.
Section 3 of this act denies legally married gay and lesbian couples federal recognition which would allow them to benefit from 1000 plus benefits all other married couple receive.
Due to the lack of recognition, their families are not as secure, their children may not be covered by insurance and in case of the lose of a parent they may lose both.
Our families are just as important as all other families.
This act hurts good people and their families.
