Stop the Justice department from seizing domain names and websites with out court approval or warrent.

Created by M.P. on February 03, 2012

Legislation should be put in place that would require the Justice Department to obtain a warrent or court approval in order to seize any website or domain name that it feels is operating illegally within the United States.

The site should not be siezed until the operators have been found guilty of violation of the law, or the court has place some type of restriction on the site that prohibits them from operating the site pending the outcome.
