Many people of the world have the right to choose their leaders and to hold these leaders accountable for their policies and their conduct in office. That said, the Congolese people are ardently seeking the same inalienable right.
We the people ask the U.S. government to prevent President Joseph Kabila from committing a constitutional coup on December 19 of this year, as he is seeking to cling on to power using illegal and violent means.
