Kansas dcf is allowed to remove and keep kids without cause. They admitted themselves only96% of the kids they remove are unsubstantiated abuse. That means no sufficient evidence to support that there is abuse. When they have to they manufacture cases of abuse. Most of the kids taken are put on medication some even start receiving SSI of which those funds go to dcf and are not reported or given to the care of the kids. The juvenile courts system allows dcf to commit purgery, avoid following judges orders, allows dcf to withhold supposed evidence ( that used to be the right to full disclosure), and allows the parents attorneys that only work in favor of the state( that is ineffective assistance of council). Parents are also not allowed to provide info to the court in their defense.
