The Keystone pipeline is NOT an answer to energy needs, nor is it environmentally sensible. The only benefits are to corporate executives, lawyers , and lobbyists. The science in the matter shows only small short term energy gains followed by long term damage to the environment. Taxpayers will pay for the costs of damage while a select few will benefit greatly, but for a short time. Our energy future is NOT fossil fuels and it is time to move forward.
