On September 30, 2011, in a northern province of Yemen, Anwar al-Awlaki, an American citizen and a senior figure in Al Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula, was blown up by a drone attack. He has not been the only American citizan to receive this unlawful justice. He deserved to be stopped I agree, but he was not given his right to Habeas corpus which is no right. As heinous a crime terrorism is there should always be a line that is not crossed. We can not lose who we are as Americans. Every American citizen deserves a trial. This is dark days in human rights arena in the country that some might say sets the example.
