It's July 7, 2016 and I have to make a petition asking the federal government to please stop killing black people. If it's the local level, fine. Fix it. If it's the federal level, fine. Fix it. Fix the problem. Fix what makes cops murder innocent black people for infractions such as busted tail lights, selling CD's and walking with a hoodie on.
