Law enforcement very often use deadly force in the line of their duty. Law enforcement has the highest duty to protect and serve the people. They are responsible for bringing the alleged criminals to face a court of law, not to kill them because they did not comply!!! A law enforcement agent is not judge, jury, and executioner and should not be allowed to take any life! The penalty should be the same for any Law enforcement officer as it is for the rest of the public!
