The purpose of my petition is to raise an issue that is a violation of the Brown vs. The board of education ruling, and also a violation of civil rights and more over a violation a few other rights given in the constitution. It has been brought to my attention lately that the Koran has been given to students in Washington state schools and told that they are being required to recite passages and prayers in the Koran upon demand this violates the Brown Vs. The Board of Education ruling in that Christians are not allowed to carry the Bible to school, pray over their meals in a public setting, and even have taken the phrase "One nation under God" out of the pledge of allegiance, which has been a foundation of our country's people for well over 200 years. so please lets work together on this.
