Stop large corporations from profiting from the use of prison labor.

All employment of inmates in the federal prison system by non government contracted business must end. Large multinational corporations often contract manufacturer of goods and services by prisoners. These jobs should be available to the general public at prevailing wages and not be going to prisoners for pennies an hour. All prison labor should directly benefit the prison system itself to lower taxpayer expenses.
