Law enforcement throughout the nation is commissioning the American People to commit felonies on behalf of the state! By asking individuals to purchase, and or sell them illegal drugs. Thereby, granting the state power to levy charges. Thus, creating the crime themselves.
Approaching an individual "asking" them to sell, and or purchase illegal drugs is "criminal solicitation".
I cannot believe those within our highest offices, including our judges, have overlooked and forgotten this fundamental protection. No wonder America is the most incarcerated nation on Earth!
