~National State of Emergency~ America's Law Enforcement's shootings of Family Pets has escalated to alarming rates! Trying to stop this on a city or state level is failing due to corruption within many law enforcement agencies. We the People are tired of our innocent pets being murdered. The tax-payer is tired of carrying the badge and paying for misconduct within the departments and officers. Accountability is zero allowing this problem to continue. This is Animal Cruelty at it's worse and being done by those who are in place to enforce cruelty laws, Our Civil Liberties are violated, our familes devastated and our pets are being murdered. We need Federal Intervention NOW to stop Law Enforcement across the country from shooting and killing our beloved family pets! This country is enraged!
