Law Makers nationwide & in OUR U.S.Congress, are practicing medicine, without a medical license. This can't be tolerated. As a nurse, I'm responsible for my actions & what I say to my patients, but I went to nursing school, took the state board nursing exam. I would not give a false statement to my patient, it is contrary to everything I have worked for & against my nursing license. These Law Makers, are demanding doctors read false statements & perform vaginal ultrasounds that the doctor does not feel is required & the patient does not want. When a patient refuses, we don't go forward with the exam. That is considered assault. We need help from President Obama & the DOJ. Who is going to hold the woman down, as she is raped by a vaginal probe? We need a SOUND mind to protect us.
