We need a comprehensive lawsuit reform that will stop not only lawyers but also individuals from suing anyone that the please. When you turn on the TV it seems that I can sue almost anyone based upon any ailment that I may get. These types of lawsuits and advertising makes the legal system look bad. Additionally insurance rates increase for the individuals that do not sue because of all the lawyers that sue after a car accident. Finally, whom is actually benefiting from lawsuits, the "victim" or the lawyer(s). Something needs to be done before we all spend all our time suing everyone and not actually taking responsibility for our actions. For example, if I fall on anothers property maybe I should learn to watch were I walk instead of calling a lawyer to sue.
