The legal states are still testing for marijuana; people are trying to work and because policy changes take too long to change with laws, people are losing out on business and employment opportunities.
The only way this is going to happen is for people-pressure to occur.
Will you please join with me in making sure people can get work - what we do on our own time is our business and since it's legal in this state (Colorado), I'm taking a stand for myself, for all people who want to work, who have bills to pay and who can't do this because they can't work.
