Stop legislating by way of Presidential Executive Orders.

We demand that President Obama Follow the US Constitution instead of issuing executive orders. He has issued 147 executive orders in his four years, which equates to 3 per month. There is no explicit allowance for executive orders in the US Constitution, so he is therefore abusing the power of the presidency. He needs to stop, or be impeached.
