Security in the USA is a concern and a priority for every citizen. Provisions in the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) allow for the indefinite detention, without trial, of any person perceived to be a threat.
This petition demands that no government entity will deny the availability of Habeas Corpus or any other rights granted by The Constitution. Any detained person must have a right to due process to determine: innocence or guilt of the person, and just cause for any detainment.
