STOP LEGISLATION THAT WOULD ALLOW THE READING OF UNITED STATES CITIZENS' ELECTRONIC E-MAIL WITHOUT A WARRANT FIRST.

Created by G.Z. on November 21, 2012

With respect to our President,

We the undersigned people of the United States, call for the striking down of the upcoming proposed legislation by Senator Patrick Leahy. Specifically, any legislation that would grant any form of warrantless access to United States citizens electronic correspondence to Federal, state, local, or any other group or individual for that matter. We consider these proposals and outrageous violation of our privacy and 4th amendment rights. Furthermore we demand the respect and dignity of being notified in a timely fashion of situations where electronic correspondence access has been granted for any sort of reason.
