Stop letting courts in the us take former foster youth children away and stop using there past as a minor against them

Im asking that Obama help the former foster youth who are helped by the governer who passed a law in jan 2012 that former foster youth can be provided with housing and money till there 21st birthday stop letting ca courts take are children and instead of helping they see our children as easy money i am a participate 20 reside in merced county i have two children a one year old and a 1 month they waited till my daughter was born and took my kids at the same time i had my one year in my custody till my new born baby was born and i passed my drug test i past 5 mental health evaluations stating does not meet critera and no criminal background with both babies i had a cesearn section and they scheduled a court day while i was in the hospital i know im young but i have support please help us
