I would like to see banks not be able to rearrange transactions in order to charge multiple overdraft fees.
Sadly, the only people that fall prey to this money making tactic are middle and lower class Americans who are living paycheck to paycheck.
I do not see how it is legal for a financial institution to do this, but for a corporation it most definitely is known to be wrong.
Please, let us put a law in place preventing banks from doing whatever they choose, and insist they process a customer's transactions in the order they are received.
