For many elections, most presidents become presidents because they make promises they dont have the power to keep. Donald Trump (for example) (who is leading in the polls) says he is going to build a wall at the mexican border, and ban muslims from the country. He does not have the power to do any of that, nor does he have the right to make that threat. Do we really want Trumps running our country, or do we want presidents who actually change our country for the better instead of knocking it down?
