To stop letting the significant other of the sitting president go on vacations paid for by the people of the U.S.

It is not the responsibility or even a job to be the husband/wife of the acting president. So with that stated why is it fall upon the tax payers to fund every vacation at unbelievable prices for said people and their offspring? It should not be. If they are not traveling together then it should not be picked up by the people.
