Today, in the USA, a stalker gang can openly target someone, with the full knowledge of the government and police, and openly and notoriously POISON AND HARASS that person, SOMETIMES FOR OVER 19 YEARS - while the police and government essentially just watch.
( I know this from personal experience, this is exactly what happened to me ).
Since this does not happen to the wealthy, the well connected or the well informed, essentially what is going on is those easily victimized are being abandoned by their government for what appears to be expediency and avoidance of responsibility.
THIS IS UNAMERICAN, and until this is stopped should be the top priority of law enforcement and the military to stop.
