The state of New Mexico gives id's and driver's licenses to illegal immigrants from Mexico. They just hand them out to them but make actual US citizens and residents of NM go through hell to obtain them. Because of this, NM residents will have to use passports to travel by plane anywhere within the US. WITHIN THE UNITES STATES.
