when i purchased my timeshare i didn't need any credit to buy it. in fact i was told it would help build my credit ( A lie told by the salesman of westgate resorts in gattlinburge tn) then when the economy went to crap i could no longer afford to pay for it already paying them well over 5000.00 i was willing to let that go if they would let me out of my contract. they said no and then sent me to collections who will report me to the credit agencies in a negative way. I am not the only one this has happened to so we need to put a stop to this madness.
