The Republicans have cried over and over about voter fraud. Even though the statistics don't support their arguments they are attempting to pass legislation in states to limit the voter rights of the minorities who normally tend to be the poor. The right to vote should not be determined by making the choice of paying $10 for eggs and milk or an ID to be able to vote. I believe that since every person receives a social security card this card should become a photo social security card and for free. Besides solving the problem of voter fraud that really doesn't happen. It will also solve identity theft and other issues involved with social security numbers being used illegally. Then everyone has a photo ID from the government and you will never have voter fraud ever again.
