I had taken the "Oath of Office" is to "... defend and protect the Constitution of the United States of America". I am starting this petition on behalf of myself and any of my brothers and sisters of combat arms, who had suffered tremendous pain and injustice by speaking out about leadership misconduct, discrimination in our ranks, and abuse of authority and Soldiers that had been bullied, humiliated, mistreated or harassed within the U.S. Army.
