Stop lobbyists for special interests and corporations from giving Congressman and Senators anything that would increase their worth in any way for any reason whatsoever.
Stop corruption in Congress, there should be a oversight committee of citizens picked at random to watch over all the actions of each Congressman or woman or senator, to insure they are doing their jobs in the most honorable way and that they are not working for any entity against the will of the people of their districts in any way, shape or form.
If the Congressman or woman or Senator is found in non-compliance with this law, they shall be immediately dismissed and if their offense is found to be criminal in intent they shall be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law, to include treason and the death penalty.
