Stop locking people up for not being able to pay Child support

Launch a Federal Investigation to stop locking people up for not being able to pay Child support. The Federal law grants the state family court Judge the right to forces a person to pay someone else money for a child or children they may not have even know of or gave the right to have. Under the Roe V Wade law that the Supreme Court ruled a woman can make her own decision/ Choice to have or not to have a child and to give up all parental rights. But the Law is one sided Males do not have the same rights not to pay for a child/ children they never wonted in the first place. The women / Mother and State Governments will Lock a man up if he does not play the game and pay.
