The Congress of the United States has never been more divided, and there is no end in site. The best solution to remove the people causing the log jam and making sure they cannot serve and create the log jam again. Make it Federal Law that no one can serve longer than 12 years both houses combined. This will ensure a constant cycle of fresh people and ideas in Congress.
